  Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: Incorporate Scale House hours into the Solid Waste Facilities Permit (SWFP); and Update the SWFP to reflect a new date for the updated Joint Technical Document (JTD). There will be no changes to the operating hours or permitted daily tonnage.
