Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: 

• An increase in the permitted design capacity for compostable material handling from 45,000 cubic yards to 369,000 cubic yards
• An increase in the permitted acreage for compostable material handling from 5 acres to 59 acres.
• Addition of two separate composting activities:
• Composting Facility #1, which is a two-stage anaerobic/aerobic batch composting process
• And Composting Facility #2, which is a covered aerated static pile composting process
• Addition of an In-Vessel Digestion system with a permitted area of 2.3 acres and a design capacity of 3,360,000 gallons.
• And updates to the Joint Technical Document including:
• Incorporation of a Report of Composting Site Information for Composting Facility #1
• Incorporation of a Report of Composting Site Information for Composting Facility #2
• Incorporation of an In-Vessel Digestion Report
• Updates to figures and appendices
