Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

•  Addition of a Transfer/Processing Facility (temporary Autoclave processing unit).

•  Addition of a Composting Facility (inclusion of food waste as a feedstock to the existing composting activity regulated under SWIS 27-AA-0122).

•  Describe the operation and location of new flare and vadose wells.

•  Update Estimated Closure Year from the current date of 2040 to the proposed date of 2055.

•  Relocation of leachate tank.

•  Deletion of outdated Enforcement Agency permit conditions.
