Summary

CalRecycle will hold an informal rulemaking workshop for SB 270 on October 25, 2017. Staff will provide an overview of fee schedule concepts and preliminary draft regulatory text. Feedback and written comments will be solicited from stakeholders before, during, and after the workshop. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and actively participate.
