Notice of Final Decision Approving Consideration of Local Government Representative to Serve on the Mattress Recycling Organization Advisory Committee - see "Documents" section for signed Request for Approval

Consideration of approval to appoint a local government representative to serve on the Mattress Recycling Organization Advisory Committee.  As required by The Used Mattress Recycling and Recovery Act (Chapter 388, Statutes of 2013), the Director of CalRecycle appointed members of an advisory committee to be part of the mattress recycling organization in March 2014.  Recently, a vacancy opened as one of the members left the Committee. CalRecycle is soliciting applications until October 2, 2017 to fill one opening in the Local Government category.  Attachment 1 is solicitation instructions.
