The Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Act requires CalRecycle to establish, in consultation with the mattress recycling organization, the state mattress recycling baseline amount and the state mattress recycling goals. The staff recommendation for consideration of the Proposed State Mattress Recycling Baseline & Goals (supporting documents will be posted in the "Documents" section in advance of the Public Meeting) follows a public workshop on the topic that CalRecycle held on 8/15/17.
