Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed change:

 

  • Removal of the Permitted Traffic Volume limit of 330 vehicles per day (VPD) on the permit cover page and instead updating the Permitted Traffic Volume to state: Traffic will be regulated as per Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Section 17418.3.
