Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: Administrative updates to the permit such as references to supporting documents, including an updated Report of Composting Site Information and Odor Impact Minimization Plan, and LEA findings; and a change of operator address.  There will be no changes to the operating hours or permitted daily tonnage.
