The Department is currently serving as the solid waste enforcement agency for San Benito County.  The operator submitted an application for a registration permit to change the operation by adding the receipt of municipal solid waste to the waste types permitted to be received.  The facility is an existing Medium Volume Transfer/Processing Facility that is permitted to receive less than 100 tons per day of construction and demolition and inert debris and green material.
