Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: Updates to the Solid Waste Facilities Permit to reflect the 2017 Transfer Processing Report and Report Composting Site Information, update to Operator name, clarifications/updates to the self-monitoring program, and rewording and deletions to the LEA conditions for the purpose of clarification.
