Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: 

·         Expand the ancillary hours of the landfill from 6 am - 5:30 pm to 24 hours per day to accommodate septage loading and transfer from the Neal Road Septage Facility, operating within the landfill permitted boundary to an offsite location. 

·         Updates to the Joint Technical Document to reflect proposed ancillary hours;

·         Removal of permit conditions that are obsolete or duplicative of existing regulations.
