Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes to the SWFP: 1) update to owner and operator mailing address; 2) revision to the permitted days of operation for waste acceptance from Monday-Sunday to Monday-Saturday; no change in hours; 3) updates to the LEA "findings"; 4) updates to the "permissions and prohibitions"; 5) updates to the Transfer/Processing Report; and 6) updates, rewording, and deletion of LEA conditions for the purpose of clarification or removal of unnecessary or outdated information.
