Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

·         Addition of eight (8) compost bunkers, which will result in an increase in the compost design capacity from 25,000 cubic yards to 218,686 cubic yards.

·         Addition of anaerobic digestion system with CNG conversion (1.2 acres and 10,900 cubic yard design capacity, no change in overall permitted area).
