Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: 1) The facilities total permitted area will be increasing from 580.5 acres to 703.4 acres; 2) Improvements to drainage and property access; 3) Relocation of the existing food waste composting facility; 4) Addition of new bird abatement procedures; 5) Removal of permit conditions that are obsolete or duplicative of existing regulations; 6) Updates to the Report of Disposal Site Information
