On October 30, 2017, the Solano County Dept. of Resource Management, Environmental Health Division, Solid Waste Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) granted an emergency waiver of the permitted daily tonnage limit, daily traffic volumes to exceed permitted vpd and onsite stock piles of concrete and asphalt at the Potrero Hills LF. This third extension is granted until February 13, 2019, due to the emergency conditions resulting from the Napa, Sonoma and Solano Counties.
