Memorandum of Agreement between CalRecycle and the City of Brentwood for CalRecycle to Serve as the Solid Waste Enforcement Agency

On March 27, 2018 and on June 12, 2018, The City of Brentwood deliberated and ultimately withdrew its designation of the Contra Costa Environmental Health  Department as its solid waste enforcement agency.  This MOA fulfills responsibilities under PRC Sections 43212.1 and 43310.1
