Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

•  A decrease in the total permitted area from 54 acres to 39 acres;

•  A decrease in the design capacity from 225,000 cubic yards to 172,600 cubic yards;

•  A change in days of operation to allow the facility to be open 365 days/year (previously closed for New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas);

• Other changes include updates to reporting frequencies of monitoring programs; Removal of permit conditions that are obsolete; and Updates to supporting documents
