Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed design parameters:

1) The proposed facility will be a large volume transfer/processing facility that will receive, process, and transfer separated or commingled recyclable material;
2) Hours of operation for public tipping, material receiving, and transfer operations will be 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday;
3) Hours of operation for sorting and processing will be 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday;
4) Maximum permitted tonnage will be 217 tons per day (tpd);
5) Design capacity is 750 tpd; and,
6) Total permitted area will be 1.53 acres.
