Revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit

Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

  •  The facility will now be open 365 days per year (previously closed for New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving &  Christmas);
  •  Asbestos containing waste will now be accepted Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 4:00pm instead of Monday through   Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm;
  •  Updates to the Report of Facility Information;
  •  Updates to permit Findings and governing documents;
  •  Revisions to Reporting Frequencies and Permit Conditions.
