Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: updates to the Report of Composting Site Information (RCSI, dated June 1998) and Odor Impact Minimization Plan (OIMP, dated May 2003) to reflect changes in personnel, equipment, phone numbers, organization, maps, schematic drawings, site layout, proximity to the surrounding community, odor control measures, etc.
