Proposed changes: Increase in design capacity from 3,402,000 cubic yards to 6,034,148 cubic yards to correct an error in the disposal capacity - no change in maximum elevation and waste footprint; adding remaining capacity of 4,159,388 cubic yards to relect current methodology; reducing the days and hours of operations for the receipt of waste; change in estimated clsoure date from 2034 to 2047; deleting redundant LEA conditions and modifying language in the CEQA condition.
