Staff recommendation for approval, disapproval, or conditional approval of the Mattress Recycling Council’s revised 2017 California Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Annual Report.

The Request for Approval (RFA) for the MRC’s Revised 2017 Annual Report contains staff’s recommendation for conditional approval pending submittal of an addendum with additional information that addresses the items outlined in the RFA.  Staff will present this recommendation to the Director at CalRecycle’s December 18, 2018 public meeting.

In response to the staff recommendation in the RFA, the MRC elected to submit an addendum to CalRecycle on December 14, 2018, prior to the public meeting.
