1. Permitted Acreage is 3.66 acres

2. Maximum Daily Tonnage of 450 tons per day (tpd)

3. Permitted Traffic Volume of 323 vehicles per day (vpd)

4. Hours of Operation are:

   1. Receipt of Refuse/Waste: 6am-6pm, Mon-Sun

   2. Chipping and Grinding Hours: 7am-7pm

   3. Loading and removal of recovered materials and waste 24 hours per day, 365 days per year

5. Materials accepted will include non-curbside collected green waste, wood, and yard waste; mixed and separated load of construction/demolition waste, inert debris, recyclable materials, and materials from curbside (bulky-items) clean-ups.
