Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:  Minor corrections to sections of the permit that are no longer applicable; Update owner and operator name; Incorporate an updated Transfer Processing Report which includes updates to key members of management and facility personnel, update location of temporary storage of household hazardous waste and revisions to the alternative odor management plan.  No changes in permitted daily tonnage, hours of operation, or area are proposed.
