Summary

CalRecycle will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the draft regulatory text of the proposed regulation. The hearing will begin at 9:00 AM on March 12, 2019, and will conclude after all testimony is given. CalRecycle will provide an overview of the regulation and the regulatory process and will then accept public comments.CalRecycle requests that persons making oral comments also submit a written copy of their testimony at the hearing. Note that this public hearing is being held as part of the formal rulemaking process and is preceded by a 45 day period (January 18, 2019 - March 4, 2019) to receive written comments.
