Revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit

Prima Deshecha Landfill - Orange County

Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

1) Revise the closure date for Zone 1 from 2019 to 2050;

2) Revise the closure date for Zone 4 from 2067 to 2102; and,

3) Revise condition language for clarification and removal of conditions that are redundant or no longer applicable. 

All other key design and operational parameters remain unchanged.
