Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

·         Addition of a permit condition requiring all biosolids to be placed into the composting process within 72 hours of receipt.

·         Deletion of existing permit conditions requiring biosolids to be composted on a cement pad; and

·         Updates to the Report of Compost Site Information and Odor Impact Minimization Plan.
