Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

·         An increase to the permitted maximum tonnage from 500 tons per day to 650 tons per day;

·         An increase to the permitted hours of operation from 24 Hours per day, 7 days per week, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to  24 Hours per day,   7 days per week, 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m;

·         Permitted Operations are changing from “Composting” to “In-Vessel Digestion”;

·         Update the Report of Facility Information from “Report of Composting Site Information” to “In-Vessel Digestion Report”;

·         Removal of permit conditions that are obsolete or duplicative of existing regulations and/or the monitoring program.
