Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: 1) the change of closure date from April 2087 to August 2107; 2) adjusting design capacity based on current survey and reflect the total design capacity rather than the refuse capacity; 3) correct the maximum depth from 689 feet mean sea level to 695 feet mean sea level; 4) to accept non-friable asbestos waste and contaminated soils; and, 5) update the Report of Disposal Site Information.
