Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: 1) update to the legal description of the facility to reflect all assessor parcel numbers; 2) update Local Enforcement Agency findings and reference to current operating documents and supporting documents; 3) update of Local Enforcement Agency conditions for the purpose of clarification; and 4) amendments to the Transfer/Processing Report.
