Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: incorporate the updated Transfer/Processing Report (TPR) to reflect changes in the facility, key members of management and personnel, Alternative Odor Management Plan (AOMP), and Odor Impact Minimization Plan (OIMP); and make minor corrections or remove sections of the permit that are no longer applicable.
