Summary

The Department of Resources Recovery and Recycling (CalRecycle) will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the draft regulatory text of the proposed regulations. The hearing will begin at 9:30 AM on November 27, 2019, and will conclude at 11:30 AM, or after all testimony is given. CalRecycle requests that persons making oral comments also submit a written copy of their testimony at the hearing. The public hearing is being held as part of the formal rulemaking process and is preceded by a 45-day public comment period to receive written comments. More information about the proposed regulations can be found on the Designated Approved Collectors Regulations webpage at: https://www.calrecycle.ca.gov/electronics/reginfo/designatedregs.
