The Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Act required CalRecycle to establish, in consultation with the mattress recycling organization, the state mattress recycling baseline amount and the state mattress recycling goals on or before January 1, 2018 (see more information here).  CalRecycle is required, on or before July 1, 2020, and every four years thereafter, to review and update the baseline and goals as necessary.

The purpose of this workshop is to gather public comments and input on draft concepts for consideration as part of this review and potential update process.  An agenda and supporting documents for this workshop will be posted in advance of the workshop date.
