On March 26, 2020, the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health, Local Enforcement Agency (LEA), granted an emergency waiver of the permitted daily tonnage until July 24, 2020, due to the emergency resulting from COVID-19.  On July 24, 2020, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until 11/21/2020.   On November 18, 2020, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until March 18, 2021.  On February 25, 2021, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until June 25, 2021.  On June 18, 2021, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until October 16, 2021.  On October 15, 2021, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until February 12, 2022.  On February 14, 2022, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until June 14, 2022. On June 13, 2022, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until October 11, 2022.  On August 9, 2022, the LEA cancelled the emergency waiver.
