On March 27, 2020, the Santa Barbara County, Public Health Department, Health Services Division, Local Enforcement Agency (LEA), granted an emergency waiver of the permitted tonnage and hours of operation until July 27, 2020, due to the emergency resulting from COVID-19.  On July 8, 2020, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until November 25, 2020.  On November 23, 2020, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until March 25, 2021.
