 Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: 

 

  • Removal of language referencing Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility (HHWCF) and Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators (CESQG) from the SWFP;
  • Removal of other outdated language and unnecessary permit conditions from the SWFP; and
  • Updates to the Report of Facility Information
