On April 16, 2020, the County of Sacramento Local Enforcement Agency granted an emergency wavier for the vehicle count until August 14, 2020, due to emergency resulting from COVID-19. On July 9, 2020, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver for an additional 90 days through November 12, 2020.
