On March 30, 2020, the Orange County Environmental Health Division, Local Enforcement Agency (LEA), granted an emergency waiver of the permitted daily tonnage and hours of operation until July 19, 2020, due to the emergency resulting form COVID-19.  On July 20, 2020, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until October 18, 2020.
