Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: Increase the hours of operations, increase total permitted area from 9 to 21.9 acres, increase maximum daily tonnage from 2600 to 3500, and the maximum traffic volume will increase from 974 to 1097 vehicles per day. Also, the inclusion of a composting facility.
