Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:  increasing the permitted maximum tonnage from 9,250 tons per day (TPD) to 12,000 TPD while not exceeding 64,750 tons per week, increasing the permitted traffic volume from 892 vehicles per day (VPD) to 1,128 VPD, updating the estimated closure year from 2052 to 2063, installation of a new renewable gas facility, relocation of the construction and demolition (C&D) processing, and updates to the facility Joint Technical Document (JTD).
