Preliminary review of the application package includes the following changes: update the Solid Waste Facilities Permit findings, conditions, regulatory references, prohibitions, self-monitoring, and incorporate the updated Transfer/Processing Report. There will be no changes to the permitted tonnage, hours, or acreage.
