Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed design parameters: the proposed facility will be a large volume transfer/processing facility that will receive source separated and commingled recyclable materials; hours of operation of Monday to Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; permitted maximum tonnage of 232 tons per day; permitted traffic volume of 54 vehicles per day; and total permitted area of 2.4 acres.
