Guadalupe Sanitary Landfill - City of San Jose

On September 30, 2020, the City of San Jose Local Enforcement Agency granted an emergency wavier for the permitted daily tonnage and hours of operation until January 28, 2021, due to the River, Jones, Gamble, Hennessy, and Lightning Complex Fires.  On January 28, 2021, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver for an additional 120 days through May 29, 2021.
