On December 7, 2021, the San Mateo County Environmental Health Services Local Enforcement Agency (LEA), granted an emergency waiver of the maximum daily tonnage, traffic volume and hours of operation until April 7, 2021 due to the emergency resulting from the CZU Fire. The operator's request date was December 7, 2020. The LEA approved the request on December 8, 2020. On March 8, 2021 the operator requested an extension. The LEA approved the extension request on March 9. On June 4, 2021, the operator requested an extension of the emergency wavier. The LEA granted an extension of the emergency wavier through October 7, 2021.
