On November 19, 2020, the Madera County Environmental Health Division, Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) granted an emergency waiver due to the Creek Fire for the permitted daily tonnage, traffic volume and hours of operation until March 19, 2021. On April 5, 2021, the operator requested an extension. On April 5, 2021, the LEA approved the extension until August 3, 2021.
