Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes: Increase the maximum permitted tonnage from 560 tons per day to 620 tons per day; increase the operating hours from 5:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday to 3:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 3:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; updates to the permit findings and conditions; and incorporate the Transfer Processing Report.
