Preliminary review of the application package includes the following changes: update the name of the permit to Compostable Materials Handling Facility Permit; incorporate updated documents that describe and/or restrict the operation of the facility; update Enforcement Agency conditions; and incorporate the updated Report of Composting Site Information. There will be no change in the current permitted area, hours of operation, or maximum tonnage.
