On January 20, 2022, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until May 21, 2022. On May 20, 2022, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until September 21, 2022. On September 20, 2022, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until January 22, 2023. On January 25, 2023, the LEA granted an extension of the emergency waiver until May 22, 2023.
