Revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit

Eastlake Sanitary Landfill - Lake County

Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

·         An increase to the permitted disposal area from 31 acres 56.5 acres.

·         An increase to the design capacity for disposal from 6,000,000 cubic yards to 7,930,000 cubic yards; and

·         A change to the estimated closure year from 2027 to 2043.
