Revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit

Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:

  • An increase in the maximum daily tonnage from  2,400 to 3,200 tons per day averaged over 7 days, with a peak daily tonnage of 3,400 tons per day;
  • An increase in the permitted disposal area from 256 acres to 280 acres; and
  • Updates to the Report of Facility Information.
